How to Measure
The most reliable way to nail your size: grab a shirt you already own that fits the way you like, lay it flat, and measure it. Then match those numbers to the size chart on the product page. All you need is a soft tape measure (or a piece of string and a ruler).
Chest / Width
Measure across the front of the garment, armpit to armpit, then multiply by two for the full chest measurement.
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.
Sleeve (for long sleeves and hoodies)
Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the end of the cuff.
Youth Sizing
Youth items run smaller and are cut for younger athletes. When in doubt between a youth and adult size for an older kid, size up to adult — most families find adult sizes last longer.
