How Long It Takes

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking after the production window above, check your spam folder first, then reach out and we'll help.
Shipping Rates

Team & Bulk Orders
Ordering for a whole team or club? Production and shipping may take longer for large orders, and we recommend placing team orders well ahead of any deadline like a season start or tournament. If you're coordinating a bulk order, get in touch and we'll help you plan the timing.
Wrong Address or Missing Package
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — custom orders can't be remade for free if they're sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact your carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to help.
